High Concentration Waste Liquid Treatment System "HyBrid EI-EX"

A high-concentration wastewater treatment system that allows for the expansion or reduction of equipment based on production volume and water quality.

The HyBrid EI-EX is a wastewater treatment device developed for companies that discharge high-concentration wastewater, including chemical plants and food processing factories. The HyBrid EI-EX features no sludge generation, eliminating the need for large storage tanks typically required in conventional wastewater treatment. It also offers lower running costs compared to other wastewater treatment systems, allowing for quicker recovery of equipment installation costs. Additionally, it uses special ceramics for the electrodes required for electrolysis treatment, resulting in fewer maintenance requirements and costs compared to other electrode products. 【Features】 - No sludge generation: Due to treatment by electrolysis and thermal decomposition, no sludge is produced. - Reuse of CC catalyst: By performing activation regeneration treatment on the CC catalyst, reuse is made possible, achieving significant cost reductions. - No odor generation: In addition to electrolysis and thermal decomposition treatment, odor control measures using an electrolytic scrubber are implemented, effectively suppressing odors. - Flexibility: The modularized device allows for expansion or reduction of equipment based on production volume and water quality. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

[Example of Problem Solving] Treatment of Plum Flavoring Waste Liquid (High Salt Concentration)

Introducing case studies that solve issues such as installation space, cost reduction, and difficult disassembly processing!

The seasoned plum waste liquid had high salt and BOD concentrations, leading to ongoing troubles and increasing costs. Additionally, the seasoned waste liquid was also strong acid waste, and processing it as industrial waste resulted in significantly high costs. At that time, the daily volume of waste liquid classified as industrial waste was 3m3, with a processing cost of ¥90,000 per day. Therefore, we proposed the "Bio-RESE" system using special microorganisms (halophiles) that can handle high-salt waste liquids. Without changing the capacity of the existing aeration tank, we repurposed the circulation tank from an overflow tank to establish the BJ system. As a result, we achieved a BOD decomposition of 450 kg per day. [Case Study] ■ Industry: Manufacturing of pickled plums, a local industry in Wakayama ■ Inquiry: Treatment of seasoned waste liquid *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
